Googling Myself!

Every once in a while, it pays to Google yourself!

Why did I end up Googling myself? I was recently working on my website with my friend Will at a coffee shop over the holidays. In discussing SEO options, we went about Googling ourselves to see how effective our websites were. Will Hewett, by the way, is an amazing vocalist. Check out his site, vocata.com. You also must watch his fabulous TED talk to be inspired to make some noise!

Who knew what I would find online about myself? I was most surprised to find an online magazine that found my website and ripped my text to promote me. Huh!? Interesting. Odd. They never contacted me. But hey, it is all good, they’re promoting me, right? They included me as a part of their Austin Talent Magazine.
