All payments are due by 11:59pm on the 1st of each month, or will incur a $30 late fee, payable immediately. Your payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Occasionally, my payment portal gets a bug and won’t work. Please make sure your information goes all the way through to a green check mark page that confirms your transaction and that you get an email confirming your payment. If you do not see the confirmation page (ie. it just goes to a white page after you click pay now) and you did not get an email receipt- your payment did not go through and your card was not charged. Please try your payment again, from a new browser. If an online payment isn’t working, please alert me by email/my contact form on this website immediately so I can get my web developer to sort out the problem and if it lies on our end. Should you accidentally pay more than once, I will refund any erroneous duplicate charges.
