Here is a behind-the-scenes look at a private drawing lesson with me and one of my generous students who allowed me to share a part of her lesson with me. This lesson was conducted over zoom but I also met with this student in person at times. This project was entirely over zoom, however, and for someone who has never worked on perspective before she was really eager to practice and understand even though it can be confusing at times! Perspective is complex, and each line you draw affects how we see the other lines in relationship to it- so it can get quirky and complicated quickly. Here you’ll see a fully capable, smart adult puzzling through it and working to absorb the “rules”!
