We’ve reached the end of my series on Line Quality in drawings. Let’s look at how to create your own combination of all the different line qualities we’ve studied so far. By creating a combination of different types of lines, you will really start to see your own style emerge. So try two or three different line types together and see if you want to try that combination again. Try line qualities that match the subject, tone and meaning you are hoping to communicate or the subject matter. Remember, the “bad” results teach you as much as the successes do!
