8 Steps to a Pain Free Back

In this video, I introduce you to the book 8 Steps to a Pain Free Back, by Esther Gokhale.
This book has helped me to develop a method of sitting at the drawing table for hours every day, that is pain free. It has worked miracles on my posture and back pain, and I highly recommend the book for other artists who wish to be able to work at their craft for many pain free years!
