Review: Kneaded Eraser/Gummy Eraser Comparison
Hi all! I’ve had a lot of students and youtube folks ask- WHAT IS UP! with the SUPER HARD KNEADED ERASERS lately. For over a year (2017 until now, spring 2019) the Prismacolor brand or Design brand eraser has been way too hard to knead or use. This test of other brands is to solve this problem, so you’ll know which one is best for you to order.
ALSO, please write to Prismacolor and let them know your eraser doesn’t work! This is the information they requested, and you can use my case # so they hear we are all having problems with their product!
When I wrote to them, this was their response (received after I filmed the video).

Please provide the following:
Shipping address
Pictures of the defective product(s). In the picture we ask that your write your case number down 21187783 and include it in the picture. This will help us find your picture in the event your email is sent to the wrong location.
Picture of the UPC on the packaging and the receipt, if you still have them available.
When and where your product was purchased? This helps us determine if anyone else in your area may have had a similar experience.
What surface type is the product being use on?
In the event we need the product returned, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the products to be returned to our Quality Department. Please reply directly back to this email so that we can see all previous responses.
